How do I complete my digital card?
Each time you enjoy a featured Durham Distillery cocktail at a participating location, scan the QR code provided by the restaurant. Once you’ve visited the required number of stops, your card will be marked complete.
Is it really free to join?
Yes, it’s completely free to sign up and participate. All you need to do is register and start your cocktail journey.
What is the reward for completing my trail card?
Once you complete the trail, you can redeem a $25 Durham Disitllery Gift Card and contest entry form for an exclusive whisky prize pack.
Do I need to enable Location Services to participate?
Yes, enabling Location Services helps verify your check-ins at each participating location and ensures a smooth experience.
Can I use this at any restaurant/bar in Durham Region?

How do I redeem my reward for completing my trail card?
Once your card is complete, visit Durham Distillery (25 Mill Street, Ajax, ON) to claim your $25 Gift Card and enter the draw. Our team will also reset your card so you can start again if you’d like.
What if I go to more than six participating restaurants?
That’s incredible—thank you for supporting so many of our local cocktail partners! You can only have one active trail card at a time, but once you’ve completed the required six stops, visit Durham Distillery (25 Mill Street, Ajax, ON). We’ll reset your card, give you your $25 Gift Card, and enter you into the prize draw so you can keep exploring.
After I complete the trail card, can it be reset so I can visit other locations?
Yes—and thank you for your continued support! Bring your completed card to Durham Distillery (25 Mill Street, Ajax, ON), and we’ll reset it for you so you can continue discovering more amazing cocktails.
You can also continue to scan locations before redeeming your reward, and they will be saved to your card.
Can I start a new card and be eligible for the reward again?
Absolutely. If you’re enjoying the journey, we’d love to have you continue. After redeeming your current reward at Durham Distillery, we’ll reset your card so you can start a new trail—and yes, you’ll be eligible for the reward again.
I forgot to scan the restaurants QR Code when I had one of the Trail Cocktails. Can it be added to my card?
Yes, it can! Just email a photo of your receipt (showing your cocktail purchase) along with the email address linked to your trail card to us@durhamdistillery.ca. We’ll verify the visit and add it to your card.
Prefer in person? Bring the receipt to Durham Distillery, and we’ll take care of it for you.
Can I collect all the necessary stamps from the same restaurant and redeem them for the reward?
Thanks for asking—trail cards can only be stamped once per location. To complete the trail and earn your reward, you’ll need to visit six different partner venues, each offering its own unique cocktail made with Durham Distillery spirits.
i don't see my favourite restaurant on the trail, how come?
Great question—the Cocktail Trail is an optional program celebrating the best of independently owned local restaurants making amazing cocktails.
If they are not on the list, they have chosen not to partciptate.
We would love them to, so please tell them you want them on the trail.
